Music Sales Assistant

• Maintained. Repair and Serviced Guitar, and Bass Instruments
• Help liaise with customers with the best instruments and/or gear for their needs

• Perform in-house instrument set-ups (e.g. Drum kits, Pianos etc.)
• Assist in Stockhandling and housekeeping

Events Crew

• Assisted Vendors, and liaised with individual shopkeepers on how to handle their equipment, and the market layout
• Mainly stationed at the sound booth throughout my tenure, I set-up the audio station for open mic and live performers , assisted performers with their sound and helped trouble shoot any audio mishaps that can and will happen . Have also helped adjusted and did live audio engineering on-the-go to aid the performers.
• Help teardown market booths, audio equipment, and lighting systems
• Worked with the vendors with their needs and have also tended to customers with their concerns and needs

FnB Part-Time Service Crew

• Serve customers with courtesy and respect, and assisting them with their gelato efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness in the shop house and in the dining area to maintain hygiene excellency.
• Work with team members to deliver a memorable experience for the customers
• Ensure customers are given high-quality scoops with high-quality services • Serving well made gelato, to ensure customer satisfaction by 50%

Cotton On | Nov 2023- May 2024

Sales Associate

• Assisted customers with queries, item retrievals, and reservations across stores.
• Supported supervisors in setting up fixtures for visual merchandising and store arrangements.
• Promoted charity initiatives to raise customer awareness.
• Operated as a cashier, processing transactions, exchanges, and reservations.
• Restocked clothing and promoted new items and deals to customers

Session Work for Music Parlour (13 Nov)

• As a Musician, I sessioned in as a guitarist with a band for a recording for Music Parlour.
• Me and my band performed for the marketing purposes for Music Parlour. As a DSA student, we also assisted in helping setting up Logic Pro , patch bay, connecting few condenser mics to aid recording.

D&B Soundscape Workshop (7 Nov)

• Learnt About D&B Soundscape process, Learnt what software they used
• Learnt how to use Reaper in a sound design setting , and how to use it effectively

Immersed myself in the 1 day workshop by trying out using the DAW and QL1 Mixer to play around with the D&B Software (d&b soundscape) Fully immersing myself in understanding 3D stereo imaging

Children’s Day AMK Event (4 Oct)

• Volunteered in the event as an A1 ; Manning the audio mixer , managing levels, ensuring there is no feedback with the 4 assigned wireless mics
• Tended to the Emcee’s strengths and adjusted accordingly using EQ , to manage the different female and male frequencies to ensure a great sounding experience

Open House Event (8-10 Jan)

• Helped out at my Diploma's booth to set up Line-Arrays, Subwoofers, Mixers, Power supply and backline for the performance booth
  
• Helped set up the Yamaha QL5 using the stagebox and individual instrument mics/DI , for line and sound check, and hooking up the macbook using Logic to simultaneously perform a multitrack recording, for showcase to interested students and parents 

Live Sound Final Lesson Performance (4 Feb)

• As part of our Last Lesson, we are tasked to set up our own show including FOH , Monitor and broadcast stations to set up, to showcase what we have learnt so far. 
• I volunteered as a performer , however I helped with routing from mixer stations to stagebox , cabling, system set-up and backline setup.
